Free Survey Terms & Conditions
The free drain camera survey applies to earthquake-affected homes that meet the following conditions:
- The property has ceramic drains (if the drains are PVC, please contact us to discuss).
- There was a claim against the property with the Natural Hazards Commission (previously EQC) during either the 2010 or 2011 earthquakes — this could have been for anything, it does not need to have been for drainage.
- The property was not over the Natural Hazards Commission (previously EQC) cap for payout.
- By agreeing to the free survey you accept that Enviroflo will be undertaking any of the drainage work the Natural Hazards Commission agree to cover repair costs on.
- If there is no damage found, or no acceptance from the Natural Hazards Commission, there will be no charge for the survey.
