Wow, Enviroflo were amazing. Not only did they check my drains for Earthquake damage but they found a blockage beyond my boundary so contacted the City Council for them to check their drains which they did, found the blockage was their problem. Wow service plus plus---and they didn't charge me.

When the result showed obvious damage to the drains, you arranged to have this fixed, and I appreciated that. I would also like to express my confidence in your workers. Shea Reynolds, with his excellent communication skills, regular updates and management of the repairs, and Rudolfo, who did a superb job in relaying the uplifted tiled section which needed to be replaced after repairs. The result was correctly flowing water and a perfect finish in replacement bricks matching the original pathway bricks with a seamless reconnection to the older, somewhat uneven surfaced pathways. Enviroflo Drainage recently completed reparation work to earthquake damaged storm water and sewer drains at my residential property. Their regular communications which accurately advised us of their intentions and timelines for each phase of the work was much appreciated. The work completed was of high standard, was completed in a timely manner and utmost care was taken by contractors to ensure disturbance to garden and planting was minimal and considerable effort was made to restore the garden and concrete path on completion. All in all we were very happy with the work performed by Enviroflo and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Enviroflo just completed work on my property, after dropping a leaflet in my letter box. The process was seamless from first contact to finished work. They kept me updated all the way through of what was happening and the finished product was left in wonderful shape (after original EQC work which was always not left in a good way). Enviroflo have repaired replaced all our stormwater and sewer pipes. Removed concrete paths and driveways and dug up the front and back lawn to get at them. All with minimal inconvenience to the people living inside. Replaced all the concrete and soil and sown new grass. Cleaned up so that the place looks even better than before they came. All the staff including project managers are very helpful and easy to deal with. Based on my experience with them I highly recommend this company.

Enviroflo has overall been a pleasure to work with! They put a leaflet in my mailbox making me aware that we could get our drains repaired for free if they had earthquake damage. If it wasn't for that leaflet we wouldn't have been able to replace our drains that weren't working properly for free. Enviroflo were very accommodating to my specific requests and the guys on site were very experienced, had great communication and were easy to deal with. They let me put in extra services in the same trench and even a new water mains to replace my old rusty galvanised pipe. I 100% wouldn't go with any other drainage company. Thank you very much

Your company has just completed work at my house/section. On the 27th and 28th July, I had one of your work men here to do all the work necessary to tidy up and replace bricks/paving slabs. He was from the Philippines, I found him to be a diligent worker taking great pride in his work, the completed jobs he did were a credit to him and your company. I just feel that we are too quick to complain about work, and not very keen to give praise where it is deserved. I also found the young gentlemen who did the actual replacing of the pipe work to be very polite, and hard workers.

The team that worked at our place did a really good job. They were a really good hard working group of guys who work continuously regardless of weather and tidy up the place really well when the job had completed. Highly recommended using Enviroflo if you are not sure if you have a cracked waste water pipe or stormwater pipe due to earthquake. There was a major job done at our place but we only pay a minimal sum and the rest was paid by EQC.

Great service. Our drains were old clay pipes and were damaged during earthquakes so had drainage issues. Got a free camera survey from Enviroflo and they handled the process with EQC, once the new drains were in got paid out by EQC - simple! Even left it nicely landscaped, better than before. Nothing to lose really!
